Netherfield Infant School

Headteacher's Welcome

Netherfield Infant and Nursery School was last inspected in June 2007 and the OFSTED inspectors found that “This is a good school providing good value for money. Good care and support are provided for pupils, and pastoral care is excellent.  Work with parents is outstanding because of the way partnership is valued and encouraged.  Importantly the school is a centre for the community and successfully promotes more positive attitudes to learning.”

We have a very supportive governing body and the staff work as a close team to ensure continuity and progression for the children, involving parents at every opportunity. We believe that children gain most from their education when school and parents are working together.

We welcome the opportunity to show people round the school and to tell them about what we do and how we do it.  If you would like to visit us please ring or drop in and make an appointment so we can ensure someone is available to talk to you.
